Tax Partner, Corporate Tax
Mr. Stanley Ho joined KPMG Hong Kong in 2002 and became a Partner in KPMG’s Hong Kong Corporate Tax team in 2014. Stanley has extensive experiences in dealing with taxation affairs of clients, particularly those involved in cross-border businesses activities, listed companies, multinational conglomerates, and international businesses.
Stanley has over 14 years of experience in KPMG’s tax practices in Hong Kong. Stanley’s work involves providing the full range of tax assistance and advice to multinational companies across the Asia Pacific region and beyond. A number of Stanley’s clients use Hong Kong as location for their head office and Stanley advises these organizations on managing their tax affairs regionally and globally. This regularly entails the leadership of client teams for specific projects and the provision of tax advisory and compliance support.
As well as day to day tax compliance and advisory work his role includes advising on Inland Revenue audits, corporate restructuring and other issues relevant to Banking groups. He has extensive international merger and acquisition experience and has played a major role in the provision of tax advice on due diligence engagements, contract negotiation, transaction restructuring and financing. This has included advising on the acquisition and disposal of various businesses including asset management.
